Due to international mail services, writing to us at our postal address can take up to 21 days for us to receive and reply to your message. Use this email address for a prompt response to any query.

- We save resources and energy by avoiding printing and postage overheads. We encourage all suppliers and vendors to interact with us digitally whenever possible.
- As well as the environmental benefits, being paperless helps streamline our organization. Our turnaround time for customer communication and support is very low, as we have no paper overheads.
- We do not use fax machines or photocopiers.
- On the rare occasions when letters need to be sent to us, any received paper is securely destroyed or carefully recycled after processing.

- Avoiding unnecessary shipping – All product assets are delivered electronically, eliminating the need to ship CDs, product boxes, and heavy documentation.
- Trade show and user group presence – We support trade shows and user groups through electronic prizes and financial sponsorship rather than physical presence.
